Let's talk about one of the most important – and sometimes most confusing – parts of getting your on-demand business idea off the ground: the price tag. You've got this brilliant vision, but figuring out the best way to bring it to life without getting tangled up in a confusing pricing model can be a real challenge. This is where a white label solution comes in, offering a super smart shortcut to launching your own professional platform. But trying to compare white label software pricing between different providers can often feel like you're not quite comparing apples to apples. How do you really know which plan or tier is the right fit for your specific needs, your budget, and your big ambitions?
Here at BetterSuite, we're big believers in being completely straight with you about this stuff. We've designed the pricing for our entire white label ecosystem – BetterTaxi, BetterShop, and BetterParking – to give you clear, flexible paths to success. Whether you're a founder who wants to be live this month, a growing operator adding cities, or an organisation that needs the software running inside your own walls, there's a plan that makes sense.
In this guide we'll break down the two ways to buy — Cloud and Self-Hosted — and help you confidently choose a starting point.
Two Ways to Buy, One Platform
Before we jump into the numbers, it helps to understand the "why" behind the split. A founder validating a idea has a completely different set of needs from an organisation with a compliance requirement that data never leaves their own infrastructure. Both are running the same platform; what differs is who operates it.
That's why we didn't build one-size-fits-all pricing. Cloud means we host, patch, monitor and scale it — you never touch a server. Self-Hosted means you buy a licence outright and run it on your own infrastructure. Most operators start on Cloud and some never leave; the ones who do leave, leave on their own terms.
Two things are true of every plan, both models: 0% transaction fees — we charge for software, never a slice of your orders — and one business type included, with more available as add-ons.
Cloud: Live This Week, No Infrastructure
| Plan | Price | Orders / month | Cities | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $79 / month | 1,000 | 1 | Testing the waters |
| Professional | $149 / month | 25,000 | 1 | Growing businesses |
| Enterprise | $899 / month | 250,000 | 10 | Chains, aggregators, large operators |
Starter and Professional are self-serve with a 14-day free trial — sign up, complete onboarding, and the trial starts immediately. Enterprise starts with a conversation instead.
- Starter gets you a branded web app plus a join code into our shared mobile apps, community support, and room for 1,000 orders a month. It's the cheapest honest way to find out whether the business works.
- Professional adds a custom domain, your own branded mobile apps published under your Apple and Google developer accounts, priority email and chat support with a 24-hour response SLA, and 25× the order volume.
- Enterprise carries a 99.9% uptime SLA, up to 10 cities, a dedicated support channel, and an 8-hour response SLA.
Adding a second business type — running BetterShop alongside BetterTaxi, say — is $99/month on any Cloud plan. Enterprise can add cities at $49/month each. If you'd rather we handled App Store and Play Store submissions than learn Apple's review process the hard way, there's a publishing-assistance add-on.

Self-Hosted: Own It Outright
| Licence | Price | Annual renewal | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Binary | $4,999 one-time | $499 | Compiled binary, 1 year of updates |
| Source | $49,999 one-time | $9,999 | Full Rust source + architecture docs |
| Enterprise | $99,999 one-time | $19,999 | Source, 3 years of updates, roadmap access |
- Binary Licence is the compiled platform for one business type, running on your infrastructure, with a year of updates and 90 days of email support included.
- Source Licence hands over the full Rust source and our architecture documentation. Fork the dispatch logic, the payment integrations, whatever you need — and you retain the rights to your modifications. Six months of implementation support is included.
- Enterprise Licence adds three years of updates, quarterly roadmap reviews with our engineering leadership, customer-tagged issues triaged within five business days, twelve months of architecture consultation, and complete BetterSuite branding removal.
Renewals are optional. The platform you've deployed keeps running indefinitely without one — you just stop receiving updates and support. Additional business types are a one-time add-on: $2,999 each on Binary, $9,999 each on Source and Enterprise.
One thing we'd rather say plainly than have you discover later: self-hosting means you provision and operate servers, Postgres, Redis, ClickHouse, TLS certificates, load balancers, monitoring, backups, deployments and incident response. No hosting, uptime SLA or operational support is included — that's exactly the trade versus Cloud. Plan on a DevOps or SRE engineer being available. If you don't have one yet, start on Cloud.
Which Should You Choose?
Say you're launching a local food delivery service. BetterShop on Cloud Starter at $79/month gets a branded ordering platform live without you touching a server, and the 14-day trial means you can have the whole thing configured before you decide. When orders outgrow 1,000 a month, Professional at $149 gives you 25,000 and your own apps in the stores.
Now say your vision is bigger — a taxi operation and a delivery service sharing one driver pool. That's a Cloud plan plus the $99/month extra business type, on the same backend, the same dashboard, and one bill. Considerably less than buying two platforms, and the driver pool is genuinely shared rather than integrated after the fact.
And if you're an organisation that can't put customer data on someone else's infrastructure — a compliance rule, a government contract, a market with data-residency law — the Binary Licence at $4,999 puts the whole platform inside your walls.

Starting on Cloud Doesn't Trap You There
This is the part most white label software pricing pages leave out, so we'll be explicit about it.
Plenty of operators start on Cloud to validate the business, then move to a Binary, Source or Enterprise licence once their volume, compliance or customisation needs grow into it. That path is supported on purpose: every Cloud plan includes a data-export path, and your configuration — branding, regional settings, integrations — carries over to a self-hosted deployment. We'll help plan the transition.
So the honest summary of our pricing philosophy is this: the subscription is one you can leave. That's a stronger promise than "no subscription," and unlike most of this market, it's one we can actually keep.
Whatever you choose, you get:
- No Mystery Fees: The costs are on the pricing page, and 0% of your transactions come to us.
- Access to the Whole Toolbox: You're plugging into our full suite of on-demand platforms – from powerful taxi dispatch software and versatile food delivery software to smart parking management software.
- Room to Grow: We've built our platform so it's easy to scale up, add cities, or add a new business type as your business takes off.
It's all about giving you a flexible, powerful foundation to build your dream on.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What does BetterSuite's cheapest plan include?
Cloud Starter at $79/month covers one business type in one city, up to 1,000 orders a month, a branded web app, and a join code into our shared mobile apps — with 0% transaction fees and a 14-day free trial.
2. Do I need a technical team?
Not on Cloud — we handle infrastructure, updates and scaling. Self-Hosted licences do require your own DevOps or SRE capacity, since you operate the servers, databases and monitoring yourself.
3. Can I get my own apps in the App Store and Google Play?
Yes, from Cloud Professional upward, published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts. Store fees (Apple $99/year, Google Play $25 one-time) are paid by you to the platforms, and a publishing-assistance add-on is available if you'd like us to handle submission.
4. Can I switch from Cloud to a self-hosted licence later?
Yes, and plenty of operators do. Every Cloud plan has a data-export path and your configuration carries over to a self-hosted deployment.
5. Do you take a percentage of my orders?
No. Every plan — Cloud subscription or self-hosted licence — has 0% transaction fees. You pay only the subscription or licence; payment processor fees flow directly between you and Stripe, MercadoPago or PayPal.
