The server is a 4 GB machine at one host's list price. Maps is 4 route lookups a ride at Google's list price, after the 5,000 it gives free each month; that count is ours, from Ridy's source. The developer hours and rate are an example, so move them. Left out on both sides because they cost the same: your SMS gateway and your payment processor's fees. Apple renews its fee each year.
