What to include when you reach out
The most useful first message answers four questions. The platform team uses these to route your conversation to the right person and to come to the first call with a draft proposal rather than a blank slate.
- Which product line fits your business (or which two you're choosing between)
- Which market(s) you intend to launch in first
- Your rough launch timeline and the operating team behind it
- Any integrations or compliance constraints you already know about
What to expect next
After the first message you'll usually have a 30-minute call to align on scope, followed by a written summary of how a launch would look for your situation. From there, decisions about deployment model, regions, and timeline get concrete quickly.
