Local delivery requests fall into a few shapes: on-demand single-pickup ('move this from A to B now'), scheduled pickup, and multi-stop routes. BetterSuite supports all three with the same dispatch primitives, configured per business.

Courier experience
Couriers get a job board with route preview, time estimate, and earnings preview before accepting. During delivery, the app handles navigation, status updates, proof of delivery (photo or signature), and any exception flow your operation needs.

Customer experience
Customers can be other businesses (B2B couriering for shops, restaurants, hospitals) or consumers (peer-to-peer parcel sending). Both use the same customer app, configured for the right onboarding flow.
