Phase one: foundation
In the first weeks the platform is configured for your region — currency, language, payment provider, dispatch rules — and your branding is applied across the customer and driver apps. We also prepare the driver onboarding flow with KYC steps appropriate for your market.
Phase two: pilot
A pilot fleet of 20–100 drivers begins operating with real trips, usually in a single city or corridor. The goal of the pilot is operational confidence — the apps work, the trips complete, the payouts reconcile, the support workflow handles edge cases.
Phase three: scale
Once the pilot is stable, supply and demand ramp together. Driver acquisition continues; marketing turns on for riders; pricing rules tighten based on actual data. By the end of this phase the operation is running on a steady cadence and your team handles day-to-day operations independently.
