One model, many storefronts
BetterShop is built around three roles: customer, vendor, and courier. A vendor manages their catalog and operating hours. A customer browses and orders. A courier delivers when delivery is part of the offer. The same model fits a 50-store food delivery marketplace and a single-vendor branded ordering app.
What it includes
Out of the box you get:
- Customer ordering apps and web storefronts
- Vendor app for order acceptance, prep timing, and menu edits
- Courier app with dispatch, navigation, and proof of delivery
- Multi-vendor cart support for marketplace-style flows
- Promotions, vouchers, and loyalty primitives
- Operations console with live order monitoring and refunds
Marketplace or single-brand
BetterShop runs in either configuration. A marketplace operator lists many vendors and routes orders across them — that's the food-delivery model. A single-brand operator runs as one vendor and uses BetterShop purely as a customer-facing ordering channel. Switching between the two is a tenant configuration, not a different product.
