Operators see live occupancy across every facility from a single dashboard. Daily, monthly, and event-based reservations show on the same map. Exceptions — a stuck gate, an over-booking, a long-stay vehicle — surface clearly rather than getting buried in spreadsheets.
Consumer experience
Customers find a facility, book a time, and arrive. Their app shows pin codes, gate instructions, and a clear receipt. Repeat customers see their saved vehicles and payment methods. For monthly parking customers, the app surfaces their access permissions without operator involvement.
On-site hardware
BetterSuite integrates with the major gate, sensor, and LPR systems used in the industry. The integration is opt-in per facility — facilities without smart hardware run on QR codes and operator-issued access.
