The core pieces
Every BetterSuite deployment includes the same building blocks. Some are obvious (the apps customers use), others are invisible but load-bearing (auth, payments, observability).
- Customer, provider, and operator mobile apps — fully branded
- Web storefronts, admin console, and onboarding for each role
- Federated GraphQL API spanning 21 production services
- Real-time dispatch, geofencing, and live location infrastructure
- Payments, payouts, and ledger with regional PSP support
- Notifications across push, email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Built-in observability, audit, and operational telemetry
Operational tools come standard
Most of the time spent running a marketplace is in the admin console. BetterSuite ships with a production-grade operator surface from day one — orders, drivers, refunds, payouts, customer support tooling, dispute resolution, and live operational dashboards. Nothing custom needed.
Tenant admins get a separate console focused on commercial decisions: pricing rules, regional settings, branding, integrations, and team access.
What you don't have to build
The platform absorbs the work that is hardest to get right the first time. Authentication flows including passkeys and verification codes. PSP credentials with per-region rules. Multi-currency ledger reconciliation. Soft-launching a country with separate tax behavior. None of that is a custom project — it's a configuration on the platform you already run.
