What can teams manage from the BetterSuite admin panel?

The admin panel is where day-to-day operations happen. It is the same console the BetterSuite team uses to support tenants, so it is built around real operational tasks rather than dashboards-as-decoration.

Core operational areas

The console is organized around the work, not the data model:

  • Live operations — orders, trips, jobs, reservations in flight
  • Customers and providers — search, view, intervene
  • Catalog and pricing — items, rules, promotions, vouchers
  • Financial — payouts, ledger, disputes, refunds
  • Onboarding — driver, vendor, and provider applications
  • Settings — branding, regions, integrations, team access

Permissions that match real teams

Support agents, finance operators, regional managers, and tenant admins all see different surfaces of the same console. Permissions are role-based and per region; a regional manager in one country cannot affect another country's operation.

Audit, always

Every sensitive action — a manual refund, a driver suspension, a pricing rule change — is written to the audit log with the actor, the timestamp, and the change. If something goes wrong, the trail is already there.
