What does white-label really mean in BetterSuite?

White-label is an overloaded term. On BetterSuite it means something specific: your customers and providers see your brand at every touchpoint, your data is isolated, and the underlying platform is not visible in the product they use. Custom work is layered on top, not required to get there.

What gets rebranded

Branding covers everything user-facing — app icons, splash screens, the full visual system of the apps, the web storefronts, email and SMS templates, the customer support touchpoints, and the operator console. Tenant configuration drives all of it; there is no separate fork of the code.

02

What gets isolated

Data is per tenant. Customers and providers in one tenancy never see another tenancy's content. Audit, reporting, and analytics are scoped accordingly. From an operational standpoint, you are running your own platform.

Where custom work fits in

Custom work is a layer above the platform, not a replacement. Build custom integrations, custom dashboards, or specialized onboarding flows as needed — but you do not need any of them to launch a production-grade product.
