Build your brand, open your doors — brand generation, Google and Apple sign-in, and tester accounts
Design a complete brand from one logo or from scratch, let customers sign in with Google or Apple, and try your own apps before you launch.
A month on from BetterShop, 278 changes have landed across the platform, the apps, and the web console. Almost all of them point the same way: taking a new business from signing up to a launched, fully branded product it can put in front of real people — without waiting on anyone.
A complete brand from a single logo — or from nothing at all
Branding used to mean arriving with finished artwork. Now it's a step in the wizard that takes about a minute.
Upload one logo and we build the rest around it — the mark on its own, the wordmark, the lockup, the monogram, light and dark treatments, a monochrome cut for receipts and email, and a full set of app icons at every size the stores ask for. Each app you've chosen gets its own artwork, and paired apps — passenger and driver, customer and vendor — are given related but distinct marks so nobody installs the wrong one.
Arriving with no logo at all is now a perfectly good starting point. Pick one of eight curated styles, choose your colour, and the studio composes an original mark for you. Every style renders at any colour, so you're choosing a shape and a personality rather than a fixed picture. Your second colour is yours to pick too, and the whole palette — surfaces, text, states, light and dark — is generated to sit correctly against both.
The brand studio is one continuous flow, with a single live preview showing your brand on a real device as you work. Change your business name later and every mark redraws itself to match. Change your colour and everything follows. Because we keep the recipe rather than the finished pixels, your brand can be re-rendered at any size, for any surface, at any time — including into your published app builds, which now pull their launcher icons straight from the brand you designed.
Continue with Google or Apple
Your customers can now sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, in your apps and on your web console, under your own branding.
Apple's native flow is fully supported on iOS — the system sheet, Face ID, and Apple's private relay addresses — which is what the App Store expects from any app offering third-party sign-in. Both providers are configured per business, using your own credentials, so the sign-in screen your customers see belongs to you end to end. Someone signing up this way lands in the same place as everyone else, with the account details we need collected as part of the flow rather than bolted on afterwards.
You choose which methods to offer. Phone code, email code, passkey, Google and Apple can each be switched on independently, and the apps show exactly the buttons you've enabled.
